3. Data Stored on Devices
Electronic devices provided to Eco Tech Recycle may themselves contain personal, business, school, customer, employee or organisational data.

11. International Transfers
Some technology and service providers may store or process personal data outside the United Kingdom.

Where required, we will also consider whether additional protections are necessary for the transfer.

12. How Long We Keep Personal Data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, insurance, audit and dispute-resolution requirements.

whether the information can be securely deleted or anonymised.
When personal data is no longer required, we aim to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it as appropriate.

rights relating to certain automated decision-making, where applicable.
These rights are not absolute and exemptions or legal limitations may apply.
To exercise a data-protection right, contact:
info@ecotechrecycle.co.uk
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before disclosing personal data.
We normally respond to valid rights requests without undue delay and within the period required by applicable data-protection law.
ICO guidance confirms that most rights requests, including subject access requests, normally need to be handled within one month, subject to applicable extensions and exceptions. Information Commissioner’s Office

15. Automated Decision-Making
We do not currently intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about customers solely by automated processing without meaningful human involvement.
If this changes and applicable law requires additional information or safeguards, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

16. Privacy Complaints
If you have concerns about how we collect or use personal data, please contact us:
Email: info@ecotechrecycle.co.uk
Subject: Privacy Complaint
Please provide enough information for us to identify and investigate the issue.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data-protection regulator.
Information Commissioner’s Office
We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first, but contacting us does not remove your right to approach the ICO. The ICO explains that individuals may complain about how organisations collect, use, store or secure their personal information. Information Commissioner’s Office

18. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, marketplaces or services.
Those organisations may operate under their own privacy notices and terms.
Eco Tech Recycle is not responsible for how an independent third party processes personal data where that third party acts as its own controller.
You should review the privacy information provided by the relevant third party.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
our services;
website functionality;
systems and providers;
data-processing activities;
legal or regulatory requirements; or
business operations.
The latest version will be published on our website with the relevant Last Updated date.
Where a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will take appropriate steps to provide additional notice where required by law.
